Nice! I am busy with a 3D printed accessory mount. I have a 2 in 1 USB/Voltmeter for the right side. On the left a little LCD screen. Will use an ESP32 and few other components to get some data on the bike to display there, i.e. a gear indicator, coolant temperature, ambient temperature, etc.

Currently, I am going to display the ambient temperature (°C), via a DHT22, the coolant temperature (°C) via a DS18B20, the speed (km/h), the RPM and the current gear.

1. The controller gets an SD card module and a Real Time Clock, so that it can log all these stats for later analysis.
2. It can connect with a relay module, to eliminate the stock fan switch and control the fan via configurable on and off temperatures. The LCD will also display a little fan icon in the lower left corner when the fan is on.
3. The controller has wi-fi enabling the configurations via an Android device, i.e. the fan operating temperatures and gear indicator settings.
4. It has connectivity for a gear change light, for which the RPM is also configurable via the app.

This pic is not the best as the colors do seem faded here. The point at which the pic was taken was right when the gear number changed.
