Hi does anyone have an SW motech top box rack and adapter plate for a 2004
The one i am looking for actually replaces the grab rail so there are no bars running down the side of the tailpiece looks a lot neater ,didnt know that a bandit one fitted a BB. Thanks for the replyAre you after an original SWMotech top box rack specificaly meant for the bird or the one with slightly longer arms (Bandit one) which puts the top box slightly further back. The latter gives more clearance to retain the grab rail and lid clearance if you are using Corbin Beetle Bags?
Have a quick look at the SWMotech Alu Rack for the Bird verses the Alu Rack for a Bandit compared in one of my older threads: -

If I recall correctly if nothing else you'll have greater chance of sourcing a Bandit one (even new) than a Bird one (new or second hand).
I have both (currently using the Bandit one). FYI If I knew where my Bird one is, it's potentially spare, though don't hold your breath just yet as I won't be able to check fir some time (bike spares stored in other property rarely visited).
Regarding adapter plate… for a Givi top box? I may have a spare there too.
