yup, that is exactly what is up out with stock in with the heli. at 5foot 3 its a bit of a reach soooo, any ideas are certainly welcomed. this site can be quite helpful at times and pompus at others! and definantly HD oppsed. oh well 20k for old school technology really doesnt make sense, but sure sounds nice thanks again in advance for any help we will post before and after pic's after project is complete i belive it will be quite acceptable.Apparently he is wanting to change the entire control setup to new heli bars, not just the grips. Help away guys.

hey every body thanx air worked just fine installed heli bars,relocated seat lock and shaved rear fender down as shown on this site.also cut holes in fairing to install r&g frame sliders mon rest of parts go to painter.thax yall
Grips can be reused if you took then off neatly, compressor air blow can be effective but following the proper professional way would be more effective instead of lame hacks. By using proper tools and techniques grips can be saved for later use.does any one have any great ideas to remove grips when changing out handles bars?:huh:
