I went out to the assembly department and asked them to give me a nearly empty bottle of the 415 so don't bother buying it just yet. I'll put it in the package with your handle. We use Loctite 415 for the pads and the replacement grip. I would be glad to send you the grip for free but the glue is $16 per ounce(even when we buy it in bulk) and we only have it in 1 oz. bottles. I have never seen any other adhesive work for bonding our parts as well as the Loctite 415 does...and believe me I have tried! Or you can see if you can acquire some 415 locally in a smaller container. Just let me know if you need to purchase ours. Have a good day.

2.The website says the replacement pads need to be installed with adhesive. Think grip glue would work?
