Can the bag be flipped around to accommodate a passenger?

Is the system sturdy enough for a passenger to use it as a backrest?

If not, would the backrest for a corbin GFL fit with the rack installed and the bag on?

I had one of these on my Bird and yes, the bag can be turned around so that it rests on the rear rack so a passenger has room to sit, and it is very sturdy - there are very popular overseas and several posted the same when I sold mine. I ride alone and don't travel to work anymore - if I did I would have kept it!

My bike came with this type of rack, though I don't have the bag. I've never used it other than to test fit it and see what I thought of it because I use Beetle Bags when I need luggage. But, FYI, yes the rack does fit without interfering with my GFL backrest.

I have this and it is EXCELLENT for the passenger to use as a handhold on each side of bike as well as use the bag partnered with the GFL backrest it makes the ride extremely safe for passenger.. not sure what they charge new for it anymore.
