I have owned this Honda Blackbird for three years after having searched for the closest I could find to
a brand new one. This bike was, and still is, as close as you will get to it! Sadly I now have other interests so it is time to move it on to someone else who will appreciate it.

It is Black (The only proper colour for a Blackbird!) and is the X-5 model from the last year of production. It has all the benefits of the last model including fuel injection and a much improved digital dashboard layout with a large analogue rev counter, twin trip meters, clock and temperature gauge. The later models also benefited from improved engine balancing and gear change to make it the most enjoyable of all Blackbirds to ride.
It is fitted with a professionally installed META M357T V2 alarm immobiliser and also has Honda’s own HISS (Honda Immobiliser Security System) as standard for this year. A SmartWater kit was also used for which I have a certificate and paperwork.
Because there is a Baglux fitted tank cover fitted which has always been on the bike, the paintwork on the petrol tank is unmarked and unscratched.

All old MOT certificates and a folder of various service receipts are also present along with service book and handbooks. The oil and filter have been changed within the last few weeks.
The only two things to mention, and I am being really fussy here, are that one of the exhaust cans has a very small dent about 5mm long but hardly noticeable, and that crash bobbins have been fitted, one on each side as can be seen in the photographs.

Most of these bikes for sale are now high mileage so this is a great and rare opportunity to buy a genuine low mileage bike which can only appreciate in value.
