Hi all. I trailered my bird from NC to FL in 2019. It been in storage since. Last time I went to start and move it, the clutch did not work (lever pulled to bat but clutch did not engage). The reservoir appears to be empty, but there is no fluid leak evident. Any ideas?

Assuming there was fluid in there to start with if there is none there now it has to have gone somewhere!
The first step has to be to take the top off the reservoir take out the diaphragm and check if there is fluid there.
If there is none it has either leaked from the banjo on the reservoir, at the slave cylinder or through a split in the hose.
If there is fluid there then the most likely culprit is the master cylinder seals.
