    hi to you all

    just been looking to see if anyones got any advice for a 2001 bird with a wiring loom issue, the problem I've got is fuel pump will not prime. kill switch ok , relays all okayed looks like 1st injector or corrosion in loom, I think its that yellow plug with 10 or more green wires that don't go anywhere. checked key/ honda hiss out all seems ok.

    The plug in question is in the main harness back between the injector plug area and the starter relay. It's in that part of the loom taped in. Look for a square like bulge in the main loom harness. You'll have to carefully cut the tape away. Have you tried hot wiring the fuel pump to see if it will run. Also check the kill switch block contacts they control everything on the bike. If they are dirty it'll not cycle correctly. And also check the back of the main ignition switch barrel where the primary wires come in. Thats been know to cause issues as well. Good luck and let us know what you find so we can give further insight and help
