HELP...New clutch plates now NO clutch. wtf? >:o(

I just got this bike in March so I've been doing as much maintenance as I can personally do. Didn't have any problems just doesn't seem to not pull up like I would think it should so I changed all the plates today and now I have zero pressure in the clutch lever. I bled it like normal(too many times), bled the master cylinder and down at the slave. I started losing clutch pressure due to running low on fluid 2 months ago. I completely changed the fluid then and it was fine. NO IDEA what I did wrong now.

    Dumn questions..

    Are all the springs in?
Did you remove and not refit the rod that runs through the centre of the clutch..

I know you most likely did do both of the above but stranger things have happened..

I know it just wouldnt be right to kill all the stupid people that we meet..

But do you think it would be appropriate to just remove all of the warning labels and let nature take its course.

I started losing clutch pressure due to running low on fluid 2 months ago.
now the Bird doesn't 'use' fluid so my suspicion is that there has been (and probably still is) a leak of some sort and/or a failing seal ...... but that is a sideline to the current issue. When you fitted the new plates did you in any way touch the hydraulics - anything on the left hand side?
To compliment uglysticks 'obvious' questions I presume you used the correct number of froctions and steels ......
Full of Hot air? Intercool yourself............ you know it makes sense

Another issue I have discovered before, is fitting the outer spring pressure plate, it can be possible to miss-align it so that it stands off the basket and doesn't allow the springs to push the plates together.............

I took for granted that when I ordered the plates I received the right amount. They ended correctly and it definitely seem to be right. I didn't touch anything but the basket side. I didn't initially pull the push rod but after this problem did so several times looking for a different result. The push rod is the only thing that would make sense but I assume if I had it wrong(not in far enough) it would make assembly difficult. I did move the basket plate around several times. There was a little bit of play in that last cover which I could push on and move to close the gap. Should there be zero play when that final basket cover is on? When I pull the clutch lever which has no tension it did not push the rod at all.

My last bike had a hydraulic clutch and changing it went as simple as it should have. whatever the problem it's got to be simple/stupid. I'm no super mechanic but changing a clutch is really not that difficult.
