    Hi mate,

Link works for me. Odd. I do edit my posts a lot as I spot my fat finger typos. An earlier version has the link edited as I tried to get it to go to the first post in the thread not the last. That version didn't have a working link. Maybe you just happened to try at that point in time. Try now on a refreshed version and then try on this one:

    https://www.cbrxx.com/profile.php?do=dst#/topics/44690

Anyone know the format to go directly to a single reply not just a thread?

Perhaps the numbers you see are emoji's not displaying on your system. Have a look at this screen shot

Ooooooh! Shiny shiny cool looking pegs!

Once the clear vinyl starts to eventually wear through (bearing in mind "wing"part of the rests is a heavy wear area) how easy is it to remove the old vinyl and replace with fresh?

I may have to start playing with vinyl!

Thank you Mallow1! Pegs were a long process! But well worth it! MMmmm 10 minutes! 15 with the wind behind your back! Lol Brother it's quick! I could also double or even triple it! Once I see it wear however, will most likely at the very least double it... First let's see how long it last's with one layer. And at the very least double up on it the second time around. I've been playing with vinyl for three years now. But it's fairly simple! Just need practice. Best practice is wrapping a 2 liter coke bottle! If you can successfully do that you can wrap ANYTHING!

Gleaming cowl. Pleased to see I'm not the only one putting parts on the sofa!

When are you aiming for assembly?

Yes! Thank you Mallow1! Parts are looking sweet! Hopefully end June.. AND IT'S KILLIN ME!!!! Delays are attributed to waiting on painted parts... Parts will be ready by June 21st... Oh! and this doesn't work on my end...

So weird, your copy of my link works for me. Try searching for my thread titled "Heated Seat wiring"

    I have a heated seat.
Screenshot_20190615-093309_1560590511482.pngI take it off a lot. Really didn't want to be either plugging/ unplugging frequently nor have yards of coiled wire long enough to have the seat off but not to need it unplugging.

Solution: contact switch off a van sliding doorScreenshot_20190615-093254_1560589985583.png

Sorry mate, that's me jumping ahead of myself. My Givi topbox has the brake light extension set built into it. That's on a contact switch to make it convenient when taking the box off.

I'm trying to find a quick release idea/ mechanism for the Beetle Bags (quick release bolts, stud and latches etc). So was wondering if I followed your lead re LEDs in them how to make that convenient to the max too.

I'm liking your mini amp plug idea. Quick release bolt ideas welcome!
