    So I got the bike that was confiscated back by purchasing it at auction. This is what 3700 bucks gets you. It was in rideable shape when it was confiscated and after sitting for over a year at the auction lot this is what I got.

    Yes, the auction was not a public one so I had to enlist the assistance of a dealer.
