    Fuel Pump

    also a new Blackbird owner 2001 bad fuel pump any suggestions on a aftermarket pump quality exact fit,,, don't want to pay hi $$$$for OEM thanks

    Beestoys had a remedy for dodgy fuel pumps i think.. Im sure hell chip in.

    Is it bad as in dead shirted or open or is it just locked up. If it's the latter soak it in a bucket of WD 40 for a few days tap it gently and try putting power to it again.
    Also do a threat search on fuel pumps it should give you a few hits that will have the info your looking for. I do believe there is a replacement out there just don't know the exact number off hand

    Can you tell us what you have done to check out that the pump is bad? Generally the pumps are very robust and give no problems (electrical actuation issues are far more common) ….. there have been a few cases of pumps dying but not many that I know of.
    Full of Hot air? Intercool yourself............ you know it makes sense
