Wow, what a few crazy days. One of the biggest windstorms to hit the Pac NW in decades. Put 1.3 million people (including me) out of power!!! Will be up to a week before all power is restored. Many fallen trees and debris, downed power lines everywhere, 3 confirmed deaths attributed to the storm, etc. Just glad to get through this one with no damage to me or my family and feel bad for those that lost loved ones and property.

The BB is still happy in its home waiting for the spring!!

We only caught 40-mph winds on this side of the Cascades.... talk about tumbleweed insanity, these winds took every tumbleweed in the High Desert and stacked them up into a 10-foot high wall in some of our neighbors yards!

Hell, winter isn't even officially here, and it has done nothing but snow, sleet or rain since mid November. This PacNorWest winter is shaping up to suck hairy, sweaty ass!
