Saw this posted on the UK BIRD site today: UK Ride magazine does an annual survey of its readers: Mail Order Services No 1 Jaws Motorcycles Best aftersales service No 1 Jaws Motorcycles Well done John. Yep, I think Blackbird owners all round the world would congratulate John (Jaws) on an exemplary service. For some inexplicable reason, I've been having problems with Paypal which has stopped me ordering stuff from John for a few days. Quick email to him a couple of hours ago and an almost instant reply which solved the issue. Service simply couldn't be better.  | ||

haven't purchased off jaws ...... yet, but service is high on the priority list for me, so i will be giving him a go as soon as i have some spending money. I have already eyed off a few items from his web site i would like to get.

The level of service that John gives is exemplary. He has even gone dumpster diving for me to try and help me out. I highly recommend him to anyone.

Highly highly recommended... John's shipped stuff down here to India to me as well as another friend who rides the XX up North... no two ways about it - the rating is well deserved.

Yes, I believe John is a BB rider and a member here. I think he's a bit busy to spend too many hours lurking and wandering the site though. I think his heart is on the Brit site. I've purchased many items from Jaws, Goodridge braided lines, hid's, indiglo tach face, etc, etc. I've received excellent advice and informative suggestions. I enjoy supporting him and his service is second to none!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He is what some call, "fair dinkum", is I said that correctly. Cheers

John is a rare breed that put his money where his heart is,I bet there are not many bird owners on computers that don`t know of him or his shop.. I think John is part owner of the B.I.R.D site and he also organises the annual UK 'bird meet. I've never, ever, heard a bad word said about John's service in the 6+ years I've dealt with him.

Just to set the record straight. John (Jaws) Smith is the owner of a blue BlackBird and his son has a Black one as well. He lives in Thetford, England and is the Host of the annual BlackBird Bash in the UK. He owns a couple domain names such as Jaws-Motorcycles.co.uk and Blackbirdspares.com and sells most anything and everything for the BlackBird. He is also the Administrator for the UK Bird site at The worlds leading Honda Blackbird site I personally spend 10 days each year on Holiday with John and his wife Maureen while attending the BlackBird Bash, the last week of May the last 6 years in a row. John always provides a Bike for me to ride while there also. Of course at no cost !! Many of the items in my online store are supplied by John as well. I also provide a couple of Items such as the CCT's that John sells in his online stores. John has a worldwide reputation of excellant service and technical advice. He also services BlackBirds at his home based garage for those that are local to him. I know of no other person in the BlackBird community that is more willing to help others. I am honored to be considered a friend of John's and look forward in 2009 when he and Maureen will be visiting the US and I will have a chance to return the favor and provide a place to stay and a Bird to ride while here in the States on Holiday. Hi one and all, Ravi over in India gave me the heads up about this thread.. just sorry I do not get enough time to get on here more often  All your kind words are greatly appreciated ( and yes, I genuinely mean that from the bottom of my heart ) But let me turn it on its head a bit ! if it was not for you guys trusting me and giving me a chance I would never get anywhere. So give your selves a well deserved pat on the back too lads and lasses And thanks to all of you, from Florida to Oz to India to NZ and all parts everywhere, for giving that bloody pommy git a go !
