How's ridegear.com?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum but I'm not sure where it's supposed to go.

Does anybody have any experience with ridegear.com? They have good prices on some stuffs but I have never heard of them and they have bad rating on resellerratings.com (0/10).

I've bought a number of things from Ridegear over the years. A helmet or two, mesh riding jackets for the wife and I, boots, gloves and probably a couple things I can't remember. I don't recall having any problems or issues with them. So I'm not giving them a huge endorsement, just saying I've never had problems.

Your mileage may vary...

I was doing some homeworks as they have good prices on a few items I like, I did a search on groups.google.com and found that as Oct 1, 2007 they are still trying to figure out how their customer service people can access their system by posting on the "Google Checkout Merchants forum":

On dealtime.com, they got 54 negatives out of 58 total.
On Better Business Bureau, they had lots of complaints filed against them in the past.

Now that's getting better and better... :-)
