New Enough Motorcycle Apparel sells motorcycle jackets, pants and suits, boots, gloves, helmets, etc :: New Enough Motorcycle Apparel is probably the best place I've ever dealt with. I've used Dennis Kirk, Chaparral, Motorcycle Superstore, Motorcycle Accessory Warehouse and probably some others and I like newenough best. They have the best deals, the best return/exchange policies, comms are great and they have lots of extra pics of all the gear so you can really see what it looks like instead of just the picture perfect marketing photo. They'll put it on people and take pics. Anyways, they're great and I highly recommend them. Have bought 3 jackets, 3 pairs of pants, and boots through them.

NEWENOUGH is freakin awesome!! i just ordered another jacket from them a couple days ago. they've got the greatest deals and i've never had a problem with 'em. i like how they recently started offering other stuff other than gear, like turn signals and whatnot...

next on the list is a new helmet, probably shoei... from newenough of course unless someone knows where to get a new shoei at a better deal.

newenough rocks!

You might can find better deals elsewhere (it's kinda hard though) but I like them just for the fact of their customer service. I recently ordered a new jacket and helmet and they're awesome to deal with. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Also, make sure you tell them to donate $1 to cbrxx.com on the order form!

Competition Accessories (compacc.com) has better deal on Shoei and free shipping.

If NewEnough is so great, why don't they have a BizRate score or any other e-commerce trust indicators. Sounds like a bunch of friends or employees for NewEnough (never heard of them and I've been in this industry for years) cramming this forum full of promotional messages with direct link included. Best of luck NewEnough, although your name sounds like you're selling 2nd hand gear. Pretty clean web design though.

I have used Newenough.com for many purchases. Their return policy is outstanding and they are a pleasure to deal with.

I just read their 'About Us' section. They seem like a decent honest company. I can't image they do much volume yet. Any idea? I wonder why they chose that name? It doesn't appear that they sell used gear. Do they?

They are a good company. I have purchased from them several times in the past (leather jackets, gloves etc...) and the service was always fast and responsive. Several years ago they started by selling (and buying) used motorcycle gears (leather jackets/pants/boots etc...) Now they only sell new items. I guess the name stays. But then it may confuse people thinking that they are a used gear company.

Look anywhere and you'll see good reviews of NewEnough. They've been around for years. I'd be more likely to be suspicious of you, joining a Blackbird forum, not even owning a Blackbird, just to try to question a company review.

If you truly read the About Us section, you would know the answer your questions.

About Us :: New Enough Motorcycle Apparel

They've been around for many years and do a LARGE volume.

Seems to me that you just have some type of vendetta against them...

Oh, and you're right, if you hunt around enough you probably can find some things cheaper. But as general prices go, newenough will always be on the low end of what the other major guys are doing. Of course, I'm cheap (the wife sees to that) so I usually look in their bargain bin and closeouts which is where they have silly low prices. But, if all prices are pretty similiar, I'd go with them just for the service.

Sorry for 3 in a row, but I just had a question. Do goobers actually go on forums to talk smack about businesses? I know they do to promote them, but I didn't know they go hunting around all these threads lookin' to stir up some poop. Wow. That must pay a lot. BTW, am I the only one who finds this... squirrel highly disturbing? haa haa haa

Man, for someone that's been "in the industry for years", you should pull your head out of the sand. Just because you haven't heard of them doesn't make them bad. I've done business with them for about 4 years and look to them for anything motorcycle related. Their service is the best I have found out of any internet dealers. I regularly get e-mail alerts with specials. Maybe you should do some research and read some of the forums about them. I'm sure they're not perfect, but I bet that you get nothing but great reviews.

Mike

The reason for my original post was because I was considering a purchase from them. I found this forum when I was searching for testamonials about NewEnough. I was simply testing the credibility of the source because I was not familiar with NewEnough. Didn't mean to create such a stir. I apologize for my tactics in dealing with my skepticism of web retailers. However, I accomplished my goal and have a much better feeling about doing business with NE.

Keep it on two (or one if you can)

Sincerely,
The Squirrel

PS: I promise I'll stay out of your forum from now on!

In the last 5-6 years, I've purchased 3 jackets, 2 pairs of boots, 2 helmets. My son has purchased 2 jackets and a helmet.
Like evryone said, great prices, great service. Even if a could save a couple of bucks from another source, I deal with them because of their customer service.
No hassle exchange and returns.

Ditto the good remarks above. Bought my son a Joe Rocket jacket for $59 in the clearance dept. Arrived quickly. Fit perfect. Son really likes it. Good protection. Hanging in my closet now, along with mine. Son heading for Iraq.
