Hey guys I am working on the bike this weekend and installing new chain and sprockets.
Got a quick question...
Do I have to take out the clutch reservior and drain it to take the sprocket cover off?
I read this and sort went huh?
Is there an easier way?

And yes I searched first canadianbird... ;-)

Ahhh, lighten up on me. OK, Yes, I'm strongly opinionated, but I'm a really nice guy and just trying to be helpfull. At my age it's not difficult to be a bit of a curmudgeon.

At least with "Use the Search"!

And as you have found, no you don't need to drain the clutch, unless you pop the piston out of the cylinder by using the clutch while the cover is off! Don't do it!
