Hi guys and thanks for reading my post

I was wondering what is the largest size rear tyre that can be run on the Bird without major mods?

Any help or comments greatly appreciated

Cheers

Hi Whisper, I know that changing the tyre sizes can affect the handling of the bike, I've even read that using a 190 rear can upset the handling of the Bird. I guess if you were going to drag race your bird and your after a larger contact patch to increase drive and reduce wheel spin from a standing start a larger section rear might be a positive.

There is a recent thread up on the tire size issue along with some photos. There was also a link to an article that spoke into changing tire sizes.

Anyone using a 200 rear tire?
