pretty common in my experience. in my case, i feel a very slight wobble through the bars when the bike's leaned over. not enough to upset chassis or rider, just enough to know it's there.
Oh, I see what you're saying. Dunno; optical illusion? :-) I'll for sure check this when I get home.

I think iXXion has it right. Some, not all, tires on my 3 XXs and even the ole Hurricane would do that when they were worn. Or maybe worn funny. I don't think I've ever experienced this wobble with new tires.

Hey deadman, where did you get your rims repaired? I''m getting my bird back on the road and had the tires replaced yesterday, but the bloke at the tire shop showed me I had a bit of a bend in the front rim. It seems to be holding pressure fine and balanced, but I'd like to repair it if possible. Sourcing a second hand one seems a bit more difficult. I'm in the eastern suburbs too.

Great, I'll look them up. I have managed to find a couple of replacements from wreckers, but they aren't particularly cheap.

I'm in Mitcham, so not far from you.
