    Helmets with Bluetooth installed

Does anyone have a recommendation? I'm looking for a full face helmet that comes with Bluetooth already installed. Tried Google but kept getting the crap articles about what could be coming soon...

was excited about the Skully AR-1... but glad i pulled out before it got messy and got my money back.

I fitted one of these onto my helmet. It works really well and I get to keep the helmet I love.

Not sure about any that come with blue tooth fully integrated but I know Bell makes a couple that are built ready to accept Sena SMH 10 units. Was looking at one that had the transition shield as part of the package. You just need to get a "kit" for the helmet that attaches the component from the inside. I know it sound like a pain, but I sort of like the fact that the bulky SMH 10 is more flush with the helmet and yet maintains the ability to quickly pop it off to use with other helmets.

The one that I am trying to get information on is the SENA noise canceling helmet which you can add the blue tooth components to on the inside rear of the helmet. So along with wind noise canceling feature, you get all the benefits of a fully integrated communications system. That was supposed to be out shortly after the introduction in 2015, but I do not see anything about availability for purchase. Oh, and it's carbon fiber so it should be pretty light too.

I've got those in both helmets (Arai RX7GP and AGV GT Veloce) and work fine.

I've been toying with the idea of this unit...do you use the radio at all? is it any good? Also makes sense what you're saying, no point in looking for a Bluetooth equipped bash hat if the helmet isn't a good fit?

Got the same one under a different name. For £40 you can't go wrong. I dont take phone calls when im riding or use the radio on it. All i want it for is music and occasionally sat nav directions. Plenty loud enough even at 80. Well worth the money.

Yep... got mines for 30€. A complete bargain, i take phone calls, listen to radio, music and intercom with passanger. The only con is no radio memory, besides that all is well. And the battery lasts for a week, with regular use (daily comute).

Definitely check out SENA SMH-5FM. Inexpensive and very easy to operate with gloves on. CLICK

Yes, I have been waiting on the SENA noise canceling helmet myself... their website for the US still says "coming soon" unfortunatly.

These are on offer from Gearbest for just shy of £27 delivered so I took a punt on one.

That's the one adey'.....be interested to know what you think but reviews appear positive, especially taking the cost into account.

    ziplex.
Fitting it now, difference between this and my other one is there is a seperate velcro pad for the mic that you have to fix which makes room a bit tight. Previous one has a wire straight from the earpiece.

This Shark helmet is a b.....d to get apart and refit.
