I would call Catherine (IIRC) at the US Distributors office. She can contact the factory directly and answer that for you.

Click the Distributors link in the first post, and choose USA.

The tank cover is standard for all 1100XX's; you just need to choose your color. The bag I have is the Athena.

They have some newer model bags that look pretty good too. I may get a new bag this year.

Updated Bags

Re: Honda CBR 1100XX Bagster Tank Bag

I've had it a couple of years now (used it on previous bikes as well). It's probably still available though. Check with your local dealer, if that's the one you want.

I don't think it will match, I ordered one and it's pretty RED, it's in my post above. I just checked the order and the ref # is 132SE, Red with Gold so maybe they custom did my red and it's not really the Claret Red. Can call them and give them the 132SE number and see what they say.

Myself I'd keep it red.

Re: Honda CBR 1100XX Bagster Tank Bag

Guys I'm planning on ordering my Bagster tank cover and bag this week. I'm stuck between the Medea and the Minea bag. Does anyone have one of these bags or have any thing they can point out to help decide? Any help would be appreciated...!

Re: Honda CBR 1100XX Bagster Tank Bag

The Medea will probably be too big for your taste, unless you plan to use it for long trips. Taetor posted pictures of the Minea on his XX and it looks like a good fit: new Bagster Cover & Minea bag

I have the Medea on my ST, and am considering going down to the Minea myself. (And the ST has a HUGE tank.)

They both do expand though, so the Minea will hold a good bit of stuff in its expanded state.

Yes, I have the Minea and although everyone's taste is a little different.. I wouldn't want to go any bigger than the Minea. It has ample storage for most applications and expands pretty well too if you need to stuff in some unexpected items. If you'd like any particular pictures of it let me know, I have it sitting next to me at the office today

Damn your fast! I saw Taetor's bag pics and it looks good. I was worried that the Medea was bulky or big in that it might even block the gauges or make it a little more difficult to see them. I think I'm going to go with the Minea based on your qoute. If anyone knows the bagsters I'm sure its Conqsoft. Thanks for responding.

FYI BB owners: tank cover is 131.00 and the Minea is 125.00. The Medea is 135.00.

Here's another pic of mine from a little different angle, had her all cleaned up last weekend so I had to snap a couple shots . I think you'll really like the bagster rigg, very nice stuff- I'm really glad I bought it.

Re: Honda CBR 1100XX Bagster Tank Bag

I don't think the Medea would block your gauges, but I still think it would be too big unless you're really into touring.

FWIW, I just ordered the Minea. So, I'll put my Medea up for sale I guess.

If you do think you want to go with a Medea, that is gray/black, and already wired for power, I'll cut you a deal on one.

Re: Honda CBR 1100XX Bagster Tank Bag

Thanks guys for posting the two pics to compare. I don't travel long distances much so I think the minea will be big enough. Thanks again for posting the two styles to veiw.
