Kits are usually made from scratch depending on the colour scheme of choice. 3 weeks is the general turn around time for the kit to land at your doorstep.

Some details of our kits:

- Made from ABS plastic (same as original kits)
- Most are made using injection molded technology (same as original kits)
- The plastic is the same thickness as your original fairings.
- We can apply all decals/stickers for no extra charge. 2-3 layers of clear coat is always applied over the top of the stickers for extra shine and protection.

For those who want to get a kit under production but don't have the full payment upfront, no problems!! just pay a small deposit for now to get the ball rolling. The rest of the amount can be paid prior to shipment of the fairings. See link for more info: Payment Plan

Please note, we also supply most accessories for your bike, such as grips, levers, indicators, brackets, bolts, exhausts, windscreens, bar ends, headlights and mirrors..

Our Quality

Our Fairings Are:

• High quality Japanese made ABS plastic, which is the most durable and cost effective option on the market. Unlike PVC which can break if bended. Please beware of other sellers who advertise their fairings as ABS plastic, when really they are made of PVC.
• Made from two layers of base paint as well as three layers of clear coat over the stickers. They have been carefully sanded and properly primed by professionals to ensure superb paint quality and shine. Our three layers of clear coat is UV sun protected to ensure paint will not fade. Most other sellers only have 2 layers of clear coat.
• Protected using extensive heat shielding placed in areas where needed to ensure the fairings and the rider are both protected from engine and exhaust heat.
• Guaranteed fitment of over 97%. After selling hundreds of fairing kits, we are confident and happy to say that our fairings will always fit your bike.

means the thermoplastic resin is from japan. no idea where the moulds are producing the fairings.

2 questions please:

1. Are the cbr1100xx thermo-formed or injection moulded?
2. Can you offer them with no head light hole, as in a racing application?
