how to avoid points on your license

Hey friends. I work for corporate Lowes hardware. We travel the country building and renovated Lowes stores. I always take my own truck and trailer the XX. (I have to have the truck) My boss emailed me cool info about speeding tickets... and here it is.
So you got a ticket. Handle everything by mail. If you feel you were wrong, check the guilty box. You have to check the guilty box for this to work. Find out the TOTAL amount of the fine, court costs, etc. If the total is 150.00, send a check or money order for 155.00, or any amount over the total fine. The system will issue you a refund by mail. When the check comes in the mail, throw it away!!! DO NOT CASH IT!! No points can be assesed until the transaction is COMPLETE. The transaction will never be complete if you don't cash the refund check, however the system will be satisfied with your payment, and the case will be closed.

I speed every time I throw a leg over my XX, I'm sure you do as well. This has worked in numerous states. I couldn't say about yours, but it is worth a try because it is so harmless.

I love snopes.com

Anytime someone sends you something that sounds too good to be true, do some searching on snopes.com and there's a good chance they've already investigated it.

Actually there might some truth to this.

My relatives just moved to NE and promptly got a ticket. The locals said to do this in order for no points to be assessed. He did same, received a refund and has not cashed it. No points have bene assessed yet. It has aonly been several weeks so we'll have to give more time to know for sure.

I had never heard of this until the situation above came up. And I used to write tickets!

This use to work years ago, but anywhere that has updated there computers systems it wouldn't work any more.

You can always hold onto the refund cheque untill the points have been allocated, If they do hit you with points, cash the refund cheque, otherwise stick it on your wall,

Like a deer head, and laugh about it,
