Where has the time gone??? Well the seasons almost over here in New England, 60 more days if you push it. I made the most out of last Wednesday, I took a ride up to the Ben & Jerry's ice cream factory in Waterbury Vermont. A nice ride up route 7 thru Mass into Vermont, hang a right on to Route 4 east and on to Route 100 north east. The factory is not as big as I thought it might be but they crank out 250,000 pints a day. So if you want to kill about 40 minutes take the tour and you get to see how they turn a 6000 gallon milkshake into ice cream. Oh & they do give you a sample at the end of the tour but the cup it comes in is about 1/2 the size of a dixie cup.

Se ya next month.

Sept. ya, back to work after nine weeks off. Today I spent 10 hours working from home, the sun came out, but the season's over except for weekend riding weather permiting. How often can ya wash and wax your Bird I ask myself. Maybe four or six weekends if I'm lucky. Time to put some kms on my little low rider. In one year I drove only 5,000 kms and I rode 15,000 kms in July and August. Two years to go, and I can do what I want when I want. Better stay health. I guess I'll have to cut back on the wine, beer, and BC bud. LOL

I remember those days. I used to live in Ventura California were you can ride year round, as long as you don't mind a little rain in the winter months.

Summers over....

I was thinking the same thing last night as I squatted in a corner , rocking back and forth, clutching my .45

I-hate-winter-so-so-much.

I'm a patient man. These's a great B&B across the street and I'll let you park your Bird underground. Of course I'll have to buy a couple doz beers to keep your thirst down, cause you're a BIG GUY!. Cheers, if I ride to Edmonton to visit family, I'll let you know. Since my mom passed, I haven't ridden there since '07. My sis used to live and work in your town. Cheers.
