I found the list, but SpeedTV.com doesn't have the first race listed (yet?).

Anyone know what network is going to broadcast the season opener?

We get it live on Fox Sports (Pay TV) or delayed via Free to Air.
And it looks like another Casey Stoner Romp

SpeedTV will show it Sunday, March 9 at 6:00PM.

It will be an historic event in that it is the first ever MotoGP night race.

He has been laying down some fast practice times for sure, but don't overlook Hayden. He has some new Michelins and his practice times have shown that he is getting comfortable with them. Should be a great race.

Agreed ! .... and Hayden looks a little more 'interested' this year.
But I still don't see the Honda having anything new in the hat.

Those Speed Channel morons broadcast the 250 race at 6:00pm and then had the recap show for all the weekend racing events.

What a bunch of Nimrods.

I searched the Speedtv.com web site and could not find the Moto GP listed anywhere. They probably swapped it for the 4:00am time slot on Tuesday morning they had listed for the 250 race. What do they smoke? Oh yeah, NASCAR BS.

They act like NASCAR is the only motor event in the world. I find it amazing that Speed channel is supposed to show everything motor related, and they are year after year top heavy with NASCAR. I hate Nascar with a passion. I like Gran Prix, GT and NHRA as well as AMA motorcycle racing and MotoGP. Someone should write Speed channel and complain. Nascar got fox, nbc, speed, and espn on lock. This is piss poor and unaccecptable.

I emailed Speed channel about the poor coverage of M/C racing (Speed Vision was WAY better) some time back and got a generic response that they were catering to the larger audience of car racing fans. In other words, following the NASCAR $$$$$$$$.
What BS. Have you even seen any of the "analysis" that constantly goes on? Don't these people have anything better to do with their time?

By the way, NASCAR means: Non Athletic Sport Centered Around Rednecks. And I live near Atlanta GA., in the New South.

Speed now suck, in my opinion. I managed to catch the last race on a BBC site. Can't rely on Speed any longer. I don't have a problem with Nascar, but 24/7? give me a break.
