If I remember correctly Partsguy uses the OEM clutch parts but removed the teeth of a couple of the metal plates..

The problem is that God gave man a brain and a penis..... But only enough blood to run one at a time...
Surprised you haven't consulted EFR as your in his neighborhood.
This mod apparently came from him,but doesn't matter,I swear by it and will only stop using it when I get a lock-up,if I ever make enough power to warrant one.
Simply put-grind the teeth out of one steel plate.Thats it for modifications.During install put that plate in FIRST,then friction, friction, steel, friction, steel, friction etc. This is a little different on 97/98 because of the spring plate but it still helps.
I could not believe the difference this makes. The stock clutch is useless for drag racing, this is simple and costs a few grinding stones for a dremel tool.
p.s. always use stock Honda clutch plates, never use Barnett.
can anyone help me with my clutch set up for real street i have a fresh 1360 set up by elton i have evry goodie you can think of on this bike made 474hp@26lbs of boost alot of guys running this class are running heavy springs and spacers also nos jets in there clutch lines any suggestions
You've got this killer motor and no pro clutch set-up? You must at least have gone for a billet basket?
If you can still locate one a 2 stage lock -up is the old school way to get the job done, fine tuning the settings is what takes experience,I have none with lock-ups.There is a guy named Tim Hays who is making what I hear through the grapevine is the greatest of late in clutch design, and he does make a set-up for the CBR11.

i have a lock up in a box thats not the problem i cant run a lock up in the real street class i need a killer set up tried and true with heavy springs and possibly spacers i have a bleeder valve on the slave cyclinder to give the clutch some time to slip
Well you're over my head turbo man.In fact you may be a first with a Bird in Real Street,or any class anywhere thats ever resembled that class.I'm curious to see how this bleeder is hooked up though, can you send me some info? Maybe a pic?
So have you had this thing out or is it all brand new? Did EFR have any ideas?

Well,it gives you feel,it will allow a bit of slip but I get the lever out pretty quick.Once iin a while I get the revs and lever action right and pull off a 1.50 60ft (67" wheelbase remember) but feel I could still do better.
