Just watched the taped Moto 2 race. This is going to be a great series not that old 250 stuff any more. Racing was as good or better than WSB much better than Supersport. Try it you will like it!

I still think that moto2 should allow 2 strokes. Know its never gonna happen but...
Well it's been quite a few months since this thread was started and I have become a HUGE Moto2 fan, if the truth be told, I'm actually enjoying the Moto2 racing more that MotoGP, such a huge field and everyone on equal machinery really makes for great racing.
With Brno just finished, I have to say that Toni Elias is too good a rider not to be in MotoGP, I'm sure he wont be defending the (and his) first Moto2 World title next year.
Presumptious...Yes, Unrealistic...No.

True, true, but he was never on a factory bike, and when was the last time a non factory bike won?
His win in Portugal was at the expense of one Mr Rossi, lined him up through curva parabolica and beat him to the line....on a Gresini bike, and Vale was on the factory Yamaha.
The guy can ride, and it was not his choice to "step down"
The point I'm making though is that he has proved himself on equal machinery in a big field of champions, I dont think the top teams can ignore that fact.
He will be back in MotoGP next year...I'd put money on it.

RIP Shoya Tomizawa (japan) .......you will be sadly missedby the motogp2 family and worldwide motorcycle family rest in peace mate.
Yeah that was bad..
R.I.P. man!
Congratulations to Toni Elias, a very deserving champion, it appears that I'm not the only one wishing to see Toni back where he belongs in MotoGP, but it also appears that there are not any bikes left for him to ride, how can Dorna approve of riders like Hector Barbara, Aleix Espargaro and Mika Kallio in MotoGP when guys like Toni cant get a ride?
Money talks I spose.

Hey Birdman I think he did get a GP ride. Can't recall with who but maybe a satellite Ducati team.
I still think that 2-strokes are the daddies and the false-strokes are the ones that should have been banned!
Oh well...
