Hey Bob, I happened to replace the entire petcock assembly from the dealer. I did open up the old one and it was pretty straight forward, when I removed the four screws, the diaphragm is pushed through the next plate in the middle. Give that plate a tug and it will seperate from the petcock. Push the diaphragm out of the plate. Are you replacing just the diaphragm with the kit?? I wish I could post pics to this message of mine. I found a big tear in my diaphragm that gave me some starting and running issues. Hope this helps. Cheers.

Not much to report as the kit is not installed as yet. It will happen this year perhaps. I to busy riding to want to take the bike out of service to turn wrenches on it at the moment. The jet kit will follow the install of the Ti Force 4-2-1 exhaust system that also sits in wait. There is some other info related to the FP jet kit here:
