Hello ladies and gents,

I'm posting to say hello.

I'm new to the forum, having recently bought an '02 silver bird. My last bike was a VFR, and living at 6000' it just didn't have enough power. I'm in the process of upgrading the BB with the following:

Traxxion cartridges, Penske shock (already installed)
Corbin saddle
PC3
Akrapovic Sport full exhaust

I'll be making a custom rack shortly, to be able to put my racquetball bag and/or a box on the back

I use my bike for canyon riding and commuting to work

So far, I really like the bike - great power, good freeway cruiser, decent handling in the twisties.

I live in the Denver area.....

Feel free to give me a call when you're passing through Colorado.

Jeff

Great mods! Do you have to do anything enginewise for the altitude, or just suffer??!! Not sure if anything can be done except PCIII, but not sure.

Hi Jeff,

My '03 has fuel injection and is naturally aspirated, so I'm wondering how it will do at 6,000 ft.

How is yours doing? I'm considering a trip from Dallas up to Seattle soon. I'm probably going to go up through Denver and over the Divide. Maybe camp on the way. Nice, huh?

Life is good

Neil
