I've had my 99 bird for 3 months and got some Givi luggage a couple of weeks ago. I Went out for a long weekend blast around vacouver Island with the misses and the back. What a tool this thing is!!! We were just flying!! My only concern is my legs hurt after a few hours in the saddle, I'm going to get some lower peg brackets thanks to google and this site. How much difference do you think this makes? | ||

|  G'day from the other commonwealth superpower !I know what you mean about the 2 hour limit. Both my wife and I find that 2 hours is enough. It could be that we're both in our 40's too

Do you live on the Island? My inseam is only 31 so I can ride all day. But I do stop after a couple hours to shake it out a bit. I'm at Kits Beach. I've never found a Birdy to ride with. One Bird is a captain for the Ferry system so he's working all summer months. Enjoy your Bird, my wife is also very comfy behind me. Cheers, and welcome.

The peg-lowering brackets might just be the best $60 you can spend.

Thanks. I'm in maple Ridge I've only been to the Island once but think I may get hooked on it as the roads are so great over there!
