I'm the proud owner of an 03 blackbird.
I am looking for a quality ABS hugger (in black) that has the same I length chain-guard as the factory chain-guard.
I recently took a trip out to yellowstone with a couple of Goldwingers and decided I want to make a few changes for comfort. I am also looking for some VFR bars and footpeg lowering brackets.
Any help would be great.

| to the party! Good luck with your partsearch. Try ebay for the bars, sometimes you may get lucky. PM davesxx01, he may have some lowering brackets left, or try the buell foot pegs as I hear they work as well.

Welcome from the windy city. I was able to find a set of VFR bars off of ebay but have not seen them up on ebay for sometime. Of course I don't search ebay on a daily basis either. You will need 02 and newer VFR bars. You can try VFR forums and salvage yards. The other option would be to purchase them new. I haven't lowered the pegs on mine yet. Enjoy the bird and this site.

G'day from Oz.
I got a Pyramid hugger in CF from Jaws. Chainguard goes right to the back and aroud, but is short at the front leaving some exposed chain by the front sprocket cover. You could email Jaws and see if he has any in straight ABS.
