Just picked up a 99 (blue)Bird with about 15,000 kms on it for $5,500. Pretty nice shape except the front tire was shot and there is a small crack in the upper fairing by the mirror. Put on some Diablo Strada and she handles beautifully. Just wondering about some plastic weld to seal the crack. PM me if you have any suggestions. Glad to be part of this forum as forums are great places to get ideas and solve problems with the help from people with experience. Cheers!
Scott

Welcome from the windy city. I have heard of others who have done plastic welding. I would try calling around to some of the local shops and see if anyone around you does that. There is a place in the Chicago area that does this type of work.

G'day from Oz.
If you want an alternative to welding, try Plastex.

Welcome aboard partner. Which quarter of town are you in? I saw a blue BB just west of Stoney Trail on Crowchild yesterday. Was that you?
