I bought my 00 BB about a month ago from a bike shop. Love this bike. I have had nothing but problems from the day I bought it. Someone covered the FI light with a little piece of rubber and found it the day I picked it up. Took it to the dealer and they said it was a bad instrument board and the knock sensor. Got the replaced and reset (they paid). then the bike started shutting down when it got hot, riding at slower speeds in the city. Fan was all good and coolant is fine. Something is getting hot and shutting the bike down. Went on a 500 mile ride and not a single problem until a ride at slower speeds for any period of time. The bike shuts off and starts back up with no problem. Honda shop is going to take a look to see what they can find. Even with the problems I wouldnt trade it. This is a sleek, smooth looking bikes and I have only seen one other in the area.

Sorry to hear about all your woes.
Sounds like falling in love with a girl on first sight and then finding out she has no front teeth when she smiles
Good luck with the problems ......... you won't regret it when you're doing 250 kph and the grin on your face is catching bugs
