Need to go on a diet.
My middle name is Arnold, so I've been called Arn for some time now.
Put them both together and you get BigArn.

Tuareg (nomads native to African deserts): I grew up in several different countries and have been fortunate enough to have ridden motorcycles in parts of Asia, Middle East, Europe and North America! Hence the name.

My friend gave me the name Roy Rage (Roid Rage) because I can bench press 350 lbs. "Rage" stuck and 35 is from my high school baseball number.

Hi Rage35, I am travelling to Vegas from the UK to watch the Mr. Olympia BodyBuilding contest in September, I wanted to go for a few years and because I am not competing this year myself, I decided I would comer over and watch the show. Thats part of the reason I bought a XX as my first bike as everything else felt too small. Are you still working out?

I guess Honda couldn't perfect the plasma gas generator to cut down on parasitic drag. We will have to wait one more year for Honda to release the 400 mph (restricted to 185 mph) Aurora. |
Do you fly the Aurora?

My name's Marvyn... A while back one of my friends called me Starvin Marvyn and it has stuck ever since.
There is a reason for the "Starvin" part, but there are very few who know, excl. GF, so don't want to go into that. Nothing to do with food BTW |

The earliest recorded use of the term Canuck, sometimes spelled Kanuk, was in 1835. Similar terms such as Cannakers or Canukers were in use in the 1840s. The term was first used in lumber camps in Maine to refer to French Canadian loggers working in the Maine woods. It was used to distinguish them from other Canadians. Brewer's Dictionary of Phrase and Fable (1970) suggests it was "possibly a corruption of Connaught, a name originally applied by the French Canadians to the Irish immigrants." This seems unlikely.
The usage had spread by 1850 to mean all Canadians, sometimes used as a derogatory term. Canadians generally use it with pride or light-heartedly. "Johnny Canuck" is a personification of Canada, dating from 1902, just as "Uncle Sam" personifies the U.S. There is at least one hockey team calling itself the Canucks.
The term "kanakas" meaning Hawaiian islanders is probably not related, although some authorities suggest there might be a relation. There is also the term caņada (note the tilde over the n), a Spanish word meaning a glen or small dale between two mountains, presumably also not related.

Many moons ago , in Canada's formative years when fur trading was all the rage, the fur trading companies searched for any bodythey could hire who weild a beaver trap. In the far west of Canada at the time, there wernt a lot of crowds. There wwere several Hawaiin Islanders who came to the western shoresin search of, well , we dont know what-- but it sure as hell wasnt'' nicer weather'' . They worked out just fine. The Hawaiian word for ''Hawaiin person'' is ''. ,KANAKA'' Also, a ''KANAKAHANA'' is a worker. Still more''KANAKA'E'' is a foreigner. There is also a creek in Maple Ridge, a suburb of Vancouver, Not sure how that came about .Anyway, soon the word KANAKA was used to describe these workers. Or in another version of history, all the people already living here were deemed by them to be ''Kanaka's '', as in ''foreigners''.
As with all word it soon become shortened and obliterated and KANAKA eventually became'' Canuck'' , probably because some idiot who worked for the CBC said it wrong once (kidding).
So there you have it fellow Kanakas. Aloha.
Man I gotta leasrn how to paste. Anyways that is the story.

Well lets see, my initials are T.R. I had a boss that used to call me TR1. Then when I got my Hemi Ram, I joined HemiTruckClub.com where I am the Electrical and Wiring consultant, and came up with TR1Hemi, think I might change my handle in here to TR1XX. I just got my 9000 mile 2002 XX 2 days ago.
