Hi Everyone,
Just thought I had better say g,day to the site.
Had the 05 blackbird for a while now.
Bought it with a load of mods and only1000 klms on it,
its done 17,000 now with no problems at all, apart from clutch
basket rattle, do they all sound like that ?.
Mostly ride at weekends, usually around 300 klms.
Find the site very informative.
Regards,
Kango.

G'day from the east. Clutch baskets are notoriously noisy. When I asked the stealer about the noise from my 07, he told me not to worry until it drowns out the engine noise!! CB noise is normal.

Hi Dragon XX,
Ibought the bike with extras already fitted, it had been traded in for a BMW offroader, it was one year old and had 1000 klms on it.
It now has 16,600 klms on it, and has just had two new tyres, DID chain and sprockets. The extras are listed below, it originally had a double bubble screen, but I fitted a tinted standard screen.
If you send me a email address I will send the photos of it, I dont know how to put them on the site.
Extras/ Mods.
Corbin seat
Double Bubble Screen
Helli bar rises
Carbon fibre rear hugger
Radiator guard
Headlight protector
Ohlins front springs
Ohlins rear suspension
Data Dot PMCA
Acropovic Titainium slip on mufflers.
Power Commander
K & N air filter.
The invoices for the above come to $7700.95
Plus fitting costs.
Some of the parts could be bought cheaper, but it looks like the cost was
no object at the time.
Its a great bike.

Just below the "quick reply" box, press the "go advanced" button. Then select attach files (the little paper clip) and then press the "browse" button. Go to the folder on your HDD where the photos are stored and select one photo at a time - to a maximum of 5 photos and then press the "upload" button. This will automatically add the photos to your gallery as well as the post.
Hope this helps.
