Welcome to the forum mark.
Whilst I don't have the bike you are looking for in my garage I can assure you they are out there.
I recently spent some time looking for a Bird with another member (very local to me) http://www.cbrxx.com/general-cbr-xx-discussion/31074-first-day-blackbird.html and whilst there are some real dogs for sale there are some real gems out there for very reasonable money.
Whilst I don't know what year(s) you are looking for one thing to look out for is that there appears to be a number of 99-01 inj models out there with Cat pipes fitted! I've even seen one for sale in a Honda main dealer! I asked about the exhausts and was told 'they are standard pipes for the 2000' .......

I wish you luck in your search and look forwards to seeing photos of your new bike :thumb:

Hi, thanks for the welcome, yes to be honest no rush but I'm very fussy if I'm going to have one it's got to be a good one,.
Been looking on the usual sites ebay/Bike Trader/MCN even Facebook!

I will be honest here I had a 2001 reg one but pre digital dash, you say about cat pipes, enlighten me please, I think I'm going for a late model low mileage

Cheers Mark

If you are going for a late model with std exhausts the 'problem' doesn't exist, you will get Cat's.

But if you look at the two exhausts linked below you will see the difference in the pipe diameter pre silencer

99-01 inj non cat
