You speak good english, and i have a BB in blue as well. Where are you in spain ? Welcome to this forum. Tony
I'm in the same boat as you. I pick up my NEW (to me) 1997, Black Blackbird next Friday. Meeting the seller in upstate New York, then bringing it across the border to Canada, live about an hour north of Toronto. Fairly stock with D & D Pipes, otherwise no mods.
Will probably add some higher bars, lower pegs and perhaps a more comfy seat for the old butt, but basically will keep it close to stock.
Great bunbch of guys here it seems, lots of knowledge. Looking forward to being more active when the Blackbird hits my garage.
If ya not boppin, Ya in ya coffin. Rock and roll will soothe your soul.
Mods, 6mm Shim, 12 inch risers, Double bubble Windsceen, Homemade Ventura type packrack, Expandable to 82 litre, Rjays rack bag, Lowered rear end frame by 3 inches. Suspension is still stock, home made Cans, awesome.
What am I missing? Isn't this thread from 15 months ago? I do not think macalt posted since he picked up his bird in Sep 2010. But just in case this is a test....
