My dad was in a Supermoto accident and had an open compound fracture to his arm. He is going to be basically OK, except he was going to the Isle of Man wednesday.
If anyone is interested in going, He has a full package for the Isle of Man. He has rented an FJR 1300, ferry tickets, camping, and touring package.
He really needs to sell this package or get someone to buy it. He can not ride a bike vey well right now.
PM me if you are interested! All you need is plane tickets, the rest is in the package to have a great time watching the race and touring the Island!!!
4,234 USD
This is for a rider and a pillion.

Tell him to heal up soon, sorry I can't help with the trip package as much as I'd break my own arm to go....

I'm very sorry to hear of your father's accident. My best wishes for a speedy recovery. As a recent recipient of a broken collar bone, I know the pain he is probably in - and the mental anguish that comes with the inability to follow daily routines (like riding) and the cancellation of planned events (like the TT). I know how much he was looking forward that event - esp since it is the 100th anniversary. Our thoughts and prayers are with him.

Dang Mark! Sorry to hear about your off. I know you were pumped about going to the IOM. Heal up quickly and stay in touch. I hope we'll still be able to get out for a ride soon.

I had it all worked out and could picture myself on the plane flying across the pond to motorcycle heaven... My old lady actually said yes, I had the money in order. Then Uncle Sam smacks me across the face and reminds me of this thing called a PASSPORT. Damn. No problem, I'll pay the extra and have their 2 week turn around... Just in time. Nope, we are currently experiencing higher than normal proccessing times, it could be up to 6 weeks. I'm sorry Mark, I really thought this would work out. Best wishes on your injury and may the package sell FAST!

Jason,
Contact a Passport Service. I once needed a passport in a hurry to do some work in Mexico. It cost a bit more, but I got the passport in just a couple of days, but that was back in 1999.

Can't you use a Birth Certificate too, or do they require a passport now?

It sucks since my wife and I use our birth certs to travel to Whistler for skiing every year and now we gotta pay for a passport starting next year.
