Does anybody know what the diameter and thread size are the bolts of Helibars? (The 2 bolts that tighten each bar)

The reason I ask is I'm thinking of installing a GPS using this replacement bolt (it's 1/4" - 20 TPI):

I'm pretty sure the Helibar clamp bolt is 6mm x 1.0 thread pitch. Check to see if a 5mm hex wrench fits to be sure.

Some more info. Tap drill size is 5.0 mm for that bolt and thread or 0.196". Tap drill for 1/4-20 UNC is a #6 or 0.204". It would be a simple matter to run a 1/4-20 UNC tap into the tapped portion of the bar. Body clearance for the bolt, which allows you to tighten the clamps up without binding on the bolt shank is recommended at 0.281" for the 1/4-20. It is 0.267 for the metric screw so you might want to open up the clearance hole a bit as well.
