I'm looking for the previous owner of my "Project Bird". It is a 97XX black with CA plates that read [XX 2 GO]. If you know this person or are the previous owner please contact me  . Thank you.

In England you can apply to the Vehicle Licencing Authority for details, and the previous owner's details are given on the registration document

my farther was in the 101 refuling out of bangor maine but is retired now thank -u for serving and my brother is in the navy 2  |

Ca. DMV will not give any information out on previous owners over the phone. You can fill out an information request(INF 70) downloadable from the web site. Mail it in and they may send you the last owners name. Have you transfered it into your name yet? Good luck on your quest. I am in the Sacramento area, when the bike is road worthy let me know maybe a ride to Tahoe would be cool.
