That's about as much as I've thought about it, though.

I did add the tech grips for a cbr100rr. Still testing these out but they seem to be working well in the curves. No more slip and and they were easy to put on and look ok. -sm

Looks sweet to me smurf

No matter which way you look at it - the bird stays a beautiful bike - you can change colors and cans - it is still the best !!!

Re: Post pics of your bling'ed bird here:

For those that asked, I did my exhaust myself after someone on here had pictures. Everything was from Duplicolor. I saw them do valve covers on 2-Guys Garage.

I used a spray cleaner to remove most of the wax and dirt. Next a chemical wipe with a solvent to remove any residue made for painting.

Touch-Up Repair Prep Wipe

The first coat is a self etching metal primer.

The second and top coats are a high temp engine enamel with embedded powder coating ceramic resign.

Engine Enamel & High Heat

The adhesion is good but a screwdriver can scratch down to shinny metal. For $20 and a few hours they look good.

Sushiman, I was thinking about this while out riding the other day. Although not the direction I would take, I respect the amount of time, work and money put into your bike. It further emphasizes the versatility of the XX. Sport touring, show/bling (sic!), track. It's about endless.
-Sport tires, delinked brakes, gearing
-ST tires, bags, GPS
-Extended swingarms, pearl paint, chrome.

It all rocks.

How cool is that...
