wondering how hard this is to do? Is all of the stock hardware, lines, and everything else used or do you have to buy alot of stuff to get these bars to work?

As far as I know it's a strait swap. I just bought a set of VFR bars from a member and all I have heard and read they bolt on nicely. The bars are in route to me and I'll see first hand how easy or hard it is. I think they're only about 1 1/2" Taller than stock bars and I think you can stretch or re-route your brake and clutch lines to work. I'll let you know when I'm done. I'm only 5'6" tall and have short arms. Reaching over gas tank for me is not that easy I hope this solves my problems...

Check this-www.ixxra.com/vfrbars

I did mine in about an hour-pretty straight forward. The only mods will be to cut the front tab on each master cylinder to allow the hoses to swivel forward.

Yes I have these on my bike and followed the instructions that jjmcjames has linked in his post. They basically just bolt up. I used a dremel to cut the tabs that hold the hydrylic lines in place on the master cylnders. I would recommend that option over a hack saw. When you loosen the lines you will want to make sure that you have rags around as the directions mention. Don't want that stuff gettin on your paint.
