If he posted, I couldn't find it. But just to spread the word, Dragonslayer traded in his XX and Valk on an '08 Goldwing recently. I had not talked to him in a little while and knew something was up when I saw him on here selling all his accessories! Apparently this bike was purchased in interest to do more biking with his wife as she was never very comfy on the XX.
I got to see see the new bike and ride with him last weekend and got a real kick out of following him for a bit thru the twisties. I must say, I'm fairly impressed with how he was workin' the wing I was laughing to myself a number of times seeing him hanging off of it.
Nice bike Kevin, hope you don't miss the XX too terribly!

Sorry to see him leave the "Bird" realm. You never know, someday he might come to his senses and buy another Bird. Others on here have gone down that road. Either way, best regards to him and hopes he enjoys his Wing.

Good luck to him and his better half

Isn't there a U Tube vid of a guy wailing his big Wing through the Dragon. I'm sure I saw it one time, and was truly amazed with how that big boat cornered. What's important here, he wants to ride more with his wife, and my hat's off to him for that! Cheers, to him. I wonder what's available in the after market and how you can tart up those bikes. A full system with a pciii? Suspension? etc?

Yep, I came off a 1000RR to the XX so the wifey could ride. It'll be a loooong time to the Wing, AKA, couch with wheels.

WOW, he knows the road pretty well. The guy filming could barely keep up! Very impressive on a Gold Wing. I wonder what he could do on a sportbike.
