The best time I've seen was 2.6 seconds in one of the bike magazines.

I've done 112.78 mph in 6.53 seconds.Any physics majors out there?But it's not quite stock,still count?

I think that all stockers can go 0-60 in less than 3 seconds

..yes ..but only 2-3 tries on stock clutch discs....gets stressed...easily...

your acceleration is not linear across the 6.53 seconds.
look at your power curve and you'll see why.
it doesn't take much to get to 100 mph but it would require over 3 times the ponies to get to 200 mph.

A lot quicker than I am. You also must be one of those skinny lightweight riders!
