Fitting of a Tomtom rider???

Can anyone help with a step by step idiots guide as to how you fit a tomtom rider version one to the blackbird? I am very confused

my advice is to look on ebay, they sell camera mounts, radar detector mounts, any type of mount you can imagine, they bolt to the outter ring of your gas cap assembly....if you still have no idea what im getting at.....go to a shop and spend 400 for a custom mount.
