How come bike color affect its top speed ?

OK, I will concede that I have a fast bike when compared to anything but, your being 50 pounds lighter in the ass than me is all that gives you an edge with me and my Red Blackbird if your Bird is faster than mine.

But, since you are afraid of California, we will never know for sure.

Never say never, ITs just a long drive to make a point that Black is the faster color. But I do have friends out there so I mite make the trip one day

Yes I do know the difference, and I was right in what I said, If in fact I ever come out that way the xx will be loaded into the back of the truck for the trip, So it is a long drive not ride. And you can ride you red bike faster all you want it still dont make it faster then my black bird

You travel the same way I do when I have to go long distances.

I put my bike in the back of my Tacoma for long trips.
Too bad you are stuck on this color we do not speak being faster than red.

I own a red Bird because red is fastest and a black Tacoma because Totota is a million mile + vehicle that is low enough to the ground so that I can load motorcycles in the back for my motorcycle repair business that let me afford to buy both the Red Bird and the Black Tacoma.

Looks like this post has turned into the " Outlawgibbs Dad is tougher than Fasterspider's Dad " coloum.

Let me set the record straight, right here, right now. Fasterspider's Dad is tougher than Outlawgibbs Dad for the simple fact that Fastspider's Bird is Red and Outlawgibbs Dad disowned him when he went and bought a Bird of the colour which we do not speak. Poor poor Outlaw'. now lives in a permanent state of Fantasy ( as you can tell by his threads ).

And once again ,so so true, because we all know that friends dads don't let other people who are friends of their dads ,who may or may not know dads that have friends ,who think they have dads go out and buy bikes which are the colors of which none of the dads will speak......because we all know what that would lead to.

Besides like I have said once or twice since this thread started a couple of days ago. Red is hands down the fastest color....and why is that??? Because Red Leader says so.

Ok I expain this one more time for all you red bird owners that are alittle slow on the thinking side of things. Chevy builds the longest lasting truck out there and the black bird is the fastest bird there ever was and ever will be since honda will never build another one cause there to busy makeing the 600 handle better. for all of you who still cant get it just look and the little picture

You watch too much TV and are a sucker for what they tell you there on the lame commercials.
There aint a Chevy on the road with a million miles and most Toyota trucks are just getting broken in when the Chevy fails around 150,000-200,000 miles.
American cars and trucks are built to fail at that mileage so the average Joe will go out and buy a new one.

For the record my last two chevys had over 300k on them and would still be running if some dumbass did f**k them up for me and my current truck has 140k on it and runs like it did when it was brand new. And there aint a red bird out there that can take out my black bird. Anyone wanting to prove me wrong is welcome to meet me at Greatlakes Dragaway on the 10th to try to beat me. Ahhhh....Finally ,a kodak moment..........I can see it now, a slow colored bike resting upside down in the box of a rusted out , oil burning old chev, the color of which you can no longer tell, parked beside an old abandon beer factory......memories I tell ya.

Blackbirds are fabulous bikes whatever colour they are, however colours do tend to affect riders. After nearly one thousand posts it's clear now that red is the colour that affects the human psyche most negatively - red bird riders stand out as the ones most caught up in 'trying' to defend their position.

It seems that everything that needs to be said has been said and very little can now be added!

I remain satisfied with my blackbird.

Only a few more before a thousand posts.
