A few people here have done this, but your speedo will be right up the sh1t. You would probably need a speedo healer (search) to fix this.

Others have said some exhaust mods have enhanced mid range (like full Akra system) try a search on this as well. Lots of info here.

The other is a PC III. Once again, try a search.

To answer your question...no, there isn't any "cheap" product out there to gain you torque/hp. Sprockets do okay....but are really limited as to how much of a gain you would get from them. Plus, with new sprockets you should prolly get a new chain. Also, you wont get as good of fuel economy out of it, and aftermarket sprockets dont seem to last as long...unless you are willing to spend a little extra for the better ones. I know, this doesn't really help.....but it is just my two cents.

Going down to a 16t front really isn't going to do anything but make it easier to lift the front end & make your fuel economy shitty. You can have the 16t I used to run if ya want it.

Mine went from 132 HP to 143 with a full Akro system and a PCII. Didn't get the torque numbers as I didn't want to pull the fairing to get to the plug wires.
