Bleed the fluid and replace with new!

After getting a little slack on maint., I noticed the window in the reservoir was getting cloudy. I also had started to notice the clutch chatter a bit when the motor was cold, then it went away. Also was experiencing poor shifting and sloppy clutch action. It took about 45 min to evacuate the fluid and clean the goo out of the reservoir. I also wiped the diaphram and cap free of a little bit of moisture inside. The strange thing about all of this is I use Valvoline Synpower brake/clutch fluid and have not had this problem in the past.

Curious, eh? Took a 40 mile test ride with no problems found.
I'll be a flushin' the system every year now.......along with the 2hr job of brake flushing.
