43, but my wife says that I am stuck at 12.
Still haven't decided if that's good or bad.

Wow Over 65?
Im 48 just sold a Bandit 03 1200 and just bought my 03 Blackbird (well Bluebird) also was riding a CBR 1000F 97 model (the reason why i sold the Bandit). I did all the reading on the blackbird, it was a great buy.
Never in my life have i travelled so fast as on these larger sport bikes, the bandit i had at 230Ks the CBR ive had at 220Ks, yet to push the blackbird past these speeds done 206Kph so far, keep running out of road, I know it will not disappoint me. What your top speed on the fuel-injected models? Would like to know what I have to look forward too.
290 hit the rev limiter just sat on 290 smooth as silk
have fun and don't get court lol
Just turned 60 and don't feel any different from when I started riding at 16 apart from my knees playing up a bit and now realising that I'm not bulletproof! Still manage to press on a bit though and do the NZ equivalent of the Iron Butt rides.
Mabeita: Know what you mean.... my wife often gives me THE LOOK over her glasses with hands on hips and says "Honestly, it's like living with a 5 year old
Hey im 18!! This is actually my first bike.. I got it about 2 weeks ago and im still kind of learning on it... I guess Im pretty lucky to be starting off with a bike like this... or not if u look at it from an adults point of view
Hi ya rosemont83 you mentioned from an adult point of view, Im 48 and my father of 77 does not like me having this bike or any bike for that matter so it doesn’t matter how old you are there is always someone looking out for you, or thinking of your best interest. I am new to this bike as well had it for 2 weeks so im learning as well. Have fun
I want to know who's the oldest starting with 65 and up.
58 years young. riding a bird does that.
It does my heart good to see people keep up their love of bikes when they begin to mature or get tuned up, as I like to put it. I am 64 and have a 2001 Blackbird and ride it relatively hard, having touched 152mph but would go faster if we had the roads to allow it. I also have 4 Honda CBX's and an 87 Honda 1000cc Hurricane and ride them to the hilt. The only one that has tamed me, giving me some fear for the first time, putting me in check, is the Blackbird. What a great bike. Wish I had it years ago when I lived out in New Mexico where we there was ample roads to ride really fast. Florida sucks for motorcycle riding. All you older guys, keep riding but be wary of the teenie bopper drivers - they love to turn left in front of us. Four wheels move the body but two wheels move the soul - don't know who said this but it is true at any age.
If I've Ridden it, Redline Ruled!!
