Hi Diveroger,
I fitted MC Cruise to my '06 Bird and it is pure bliss. Might be a bit expensive but woth every cent in my opinion.

I'm told that 2002 and up work. Prior to that the VFR had smaller diameter fork tubes. THere are installation instructions and pictures under a thread here. Search for BARS.

Sory I didnt catch your question but I see you got fitted with a cruise control.

Ive had a NEP fitted now for 3 years. Great on those freeway runs when your a lone duck to stay legal. I appreciate it even more now after recently breaking my right wrist. (stay of push bikes they are dangerous only time I ever break bones).

thanks for all the input; I have found quite a bit relief form keeping my elbows in a more downward position. I will be going with a cruise control though. It's too easy to go over the speed limit, especially since it's only 55 in Hawaii!
